Head of QR Sales
Who are Tide:
What we're looking for:
As a Partnerships Head QR, you'll be accountable for establishing relationships with new partners in QR SME space and collaborating with other teams internally to ensure that partner referrals are signed up to Tide as quickly and smoothly as possible.
You will work in the partnerships team to identify new ways to serve our partners by sending out regular communications to increase member acquisition. It will also be important for you to help expand our Partnerships footprint by working closely with the Tide personal contact marketing team to identify and plan events and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness.
Some Of The Things You'll Be Doing:
- You've spent at least 5+ years at a business with a payments or Fintech business in a partnership or business development role, and overall work experience of 12+ years
- Demonstrable experience with business systems and processes
- Execute and manage operational infrastructure for the Offline Channel to enable aggressive scaling.
- This include in a phased approach: Assess Landscape, Solution Ideation / Stakeholder Engagement, Operational Build (and iteration)
- Expertise in closing deals with C-Level executives
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.
- Visibility & accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product
- Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
- Plan the market size, span and geographies for ASMs.
- Devise best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
- Monitor the quality parameters as suggested by the management.
- Validate and conduct audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
- People manage a large team of 5-10 ASMs & 200+ indirect employees (Partner Channels)
You'll Be a Great Fit If:
- This role will play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at local, and regional level across the country. You will have to be proactive and passionate, capable of creating your own sales leads as well as rapidly converting centrally driven enquiries.
- Responsible for the development and oversight of all external partnership for Led initiatives and create greater visibility
- Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR deployment and Collateral Placement
- Grow Distribution and market share in the assigned area of operation.
- Should be able to manage P&L of a region
- Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market
- Develop strategies to surpass competitors, considering pricing, service quality, and innovation.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that optimize the QR/UPI business, including pricing, merchant onboarding, and marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring that terms are favorable and meet our financial and strategic goals.
- Accountable for end-to-end implementation of the intervention, ensuring coherence between all stakeholders for timely delivery of goals and achieving the impact outcomes.
- Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team
- Plan market size, span and geographies for ASM, TL, and FSEs
- Strong understanding of the product/USP's in devices markets for QR.:
