Link: https://tickledmedia.com/ / https://sg.theasianparent.com/ Role : Deputy Regional Content Head for App - theAsianparent Responsibility : A) Content Management: Quality Control, Coordination, Delivery 1) Liaise with product and content teams on producing quality content for new app tools and features and community content: - Work with in-house English content team and freelancers to produce English content that adhere to quality editorial standards: well researched, credible, complete, clean, easy to comprehend - Coordinate with non-English content teams in uploading/translating English content for their local version of new and existing tools and community content - Coordinate closely with product manager on deliverables and timeline 2) Create and track a timetable of deliverables by content team, in close coordination with product manager - Make sure content team delivers on agreed deadline 3) Regularly update existing content for the app: As needed - Tools and app features: trackers, checklists, media module, etc. Weekly to Monthly - Community content: polls, stickers, frames, media module, etc. Weekly to Monthly - Marketing content: rewards, push notifications, popups, etc. 4) Edit all contributed content (articles, creatives, videos) by in-house team and freelancers. 5) Liaise with content and marketing teams on creatives required for app marketing collaterals and ads. 6) Coordinate with regional content optimization editor on addressing app reviews and feedback on app stores. 7) Inform tech team on any bugs or errors found on the app (and improvements to be made to the app). B) Performance Optimization: Report, Analysis, Strategy 1) Conduct weekly and monthly analysis with recommended strategy on: Content for Acquisition (downloads and signups) Content for Retention (DAU/MAU - Day 1, 7, 30, 90) Content for Engagement/activity (track activity for polls, questions, questions, photos) 2) Use tools such as Firebase, Fabric, and Appsflyer, to analyze app performance 3) Provide monthly competitor analysis C) OKRs based on Users, DAU, MAU, DAU/MAU Activities
