Thryve Digital Health - Data Program/Delivery Manager - Data & Cloud

We are looking for a Data Program/Delivery Manager for our Chennai/Hyderabad Locations.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Manage team responsible for creating and maintaining data pipeline to replicate data from on-prem sources to Cloud.

- Task allocation & tracking, ensure on time and on quality completion of tasks & activities. Participate in review of requirements, architecture & design. Be an interface between dev team and leadership (techno functional). Publish regular status to leadership team highlighting risks & issues among other things. Proactively identify risks and come up with mitigation & contingency plans.

- Take end to end ownership and accountability of the project. Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting high level technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and providing accurate and concise documentation

- Other duties as assigned or requested approximately 50% technical and 50% management. The experience we are looking to add to our team.

Must Have:. Around 14 years of overall experience. Excellent communication, confidence & attitude. Good Experience / knowledge in ETL projects. Understanding / experience in big data technologies (HDFS, Spark, Pyspark, Databricks etc).

- Exposure / knowledge in any cloud. Experience in leading a team and delivering complex projects involving creation and maintenance of data pipelines.

Good to have:. Healthcare industry experience. Google Cloud knowledge / experience. Agile experience.
