Responsibilities:

- Build content guidelines and frameworks that will cater to brand tonality and voice. Train and mentor a team of content writers to develop content using those frameworks.. Create high-quality, compelling, and SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms

- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand content needs and align with brand guidelines.. Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.. Requirements. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience of managing a team of at least 5 writers as a Content Manager or team lead.
