What We Are Looking In You: Thrillophilia is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage our online community. The Social Media Associate will play a crucial role in developing and executing compelling content across various social media platforms to promote our travel experiences and build a strong online presence. This role requires a creative and organized individual with a passion for travel and a strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.


2. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


3. Manage the day-to-day activities of Thrillophilia's social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring user engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.


4. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing initiatives and company objectives.


5. Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.


6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate this knowledge into the company's social media strategy.


7. Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends to ensure Thrillophilia remains at the forefront of the travel industry.


8. Engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand the company's online reach and build mutually beneficial relationships.


9. Assist in the development of a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content.


10. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful social media assets, including graphics, videos, and infographics.


Qualifications and Skills:


1. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


2. Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.


3. Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.


4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.


5. Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.


6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns.


7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


8. Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media content.


9. Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry and its target audience.
