Position: Accounts Payable Manager

Required experience: Min. 4 years to Max. 6 years

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Mode: On-site

Shift timings: 10.00 am to 07.00 pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday (Excluding every last Saturday of the months is week off)

Mandatory Skills: e-Commerce experience is must

Summary: We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to take complete ownership of the Accounts payable process of Thrillophilia. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Process and manage a high volume of invoices with accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with finance for payment processing, including scheduling payments.

- Maintain up-to-date records of payments/Invoices.

- Assist with month-end close processes for accurate financial reporting.

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

- Manage Vendor Reconciliation

- Ensure GST compliance and perform GST reconciliations.

- Support to tech for automation

Desired Skills:

- MBA/B com/ CA with at least 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable process in Ecommerce Industry and should have handled the team.

- E-commerce experience is Must.

- Strong working knowledge of GST/GST reconciliation.

- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office applications and Tech driven.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
