Thrillophilia - Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager you will be a part of next big travel revolution at Thrillophilia.com.

Currently travel is one of the hottest growing sector across the world and by being part of a fast growing organization like Thrillophilia you will be at the edge of the growing sector.

You will be responsible for developing and expanding the business by building new categories, products and also responsible for the revenue generation from them.

You will work very closely with the founders at Thrillophilia to identify and generate such avenues.

Job Description:

- Thrillophilia is currently seeking ambitious BD Managers to develop and grow its marketplace business.

- Become an expert on Thrillophilia product, our competition and the markets in which we compete.

- The candidate needs to identify new markets to expand by analyzing demand and supply side of travel industry and monitor and report competitive intelligence.

- Lead the negotiation to close deals

- Should be excited to open up new channels, business development and brand growth for Thrillophilia

- Work with business partners to expand sales & marketing footprint of Thrillophilia brand and products and achieve agreed business plans.

- Additionally, the ability to identify, develop and manage a valuable prospect list based on our standard product offerings is appreciated.

- The candidate will also need to travel around in order to expand Thrillophilia's travel product portfolio.

Requirements

- Our ideal candidate should have 3+ years of Business Development experience

- We are looking for travel enthusiast and a go getter

- Ability to propose, negotiate and close deals in attracting new merchants or expanding existing relationships

- Strong abilities to function well in a super-fast paced work environment

- Strong communication skills, high energy with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Candidate with past experience in Travel industry will be desired

- Ability to work with complete ownership and a passion to drive
