Responsibilities:

- Identify new potential areas for developing business in and around the city of Mumbai

- Developing strategies for merchant acquisition and maintaining acquisition trackers on various processes and procedures

- Negotiating and closing the deals for business development & revenue

- Become an expert on Thrillophilia product, our competition and the markets in which we compete

- Lead the negotiation to close deals for expanding the Mumbai product portfolio

- As the face of the organization, you will help in building Thrillophilia's brand in the industry, merchant and customer community of the Mumbai region

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 2-4 years of work experience in Merchant Acquiring with product based companies

- The candidate should have complete knowledge for the preferred region, its local language and in depth idea about how the city and the people of the city function

- The candidate should have either studied in the preferred city, or should have spent at least 4-5 years of their lives there

- Ability to propose, negotiate and close deals in attracting new merchants or expanding existing relationships

- Strong abilities to function well in a super-fast paced work environment

- Strong communication skills, high energy with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Experience working in e-commerce or a start-up is a plus

- Ability to work with complete ownership and a passion to drive
