Operations Manager :

Job Summary :

Thrillophilia is in search of a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

1. Operational Planning and Execution :

- Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and policies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including inventory management, logistics, vendor

management, and service delivery.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and benchmarks to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

2. Process Improvement and Optimization :

- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.

- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and improvement of processes and

workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other continuous improvement tools to drive operational excellence and cost savings.

3. Resource Management :

- Manage human and financial resources effectively to ensure the efficient allocation of manpower,

equipment, and budgets.

- Develop staffing plans, recruit, onboard, and train operations staff, and establish performance goals and expectations.

- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement within the operations team.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance :

- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.

- Monitor compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality and compliance requirements.

5. Vendor and Partner Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chain management.

- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and partners to optimize terms and conditions.

- Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cost optimization.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in operations management tools and software.

- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
