Role Overview:

As the Flight Operations Manager at Thrillophilia, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of flight operations, with a strong focus on vendor management, ticketing, and providing cost-effective flight options to our customers. You will lead a team of professionals, handle multiple vendors, conduct flight price comparisons, and ensure seamless account management for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with multiple airline vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

- Ticketing: Oversee the ticketing process, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in ticket issuance and distribution.

- Flight Selection: Utilize available resources to find the most economical flight options for customers while meeting their travel preferences and budgetary constraints.

- Price Comparison: Conduct thorough flight price comparisons across various airlines and routes to offer customers the best possible deals and savings.

- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our flight services.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of flight operations specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team cohesion and performance excellence.

- Vendor Portals: Leverage vendor portals and booking platforms efficiently to streamline processes, access exclusive offers, and optimize flight operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in flight operations, with demonstrated expertise in vendor management and ticketing.

- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, reservation systems, and industry standards.

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with airline vendors.

- Proficiency in conducting flight price comparisons and utilizing vendor portals effectively.

- Experience in account management and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Proven leadership abilities with previous experience in team management and development.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
