ThoughtFocus - Business Analyst - RPA

- Client facing role of stakeholder management from Inception to Solution Implementation

- Conduct a RPA Due Diligence to see overall feasibility of RPA implementation

- Design, Document & implement a POC

- Performing an Initial Process Assessment (IPA) and hence create Business Cases

- Work with business and technology teams to analyses and assess Automation feasibility

- Providing consulting/advisory services as well as supporting RFP in terms of RPA feasibility, benefits and implementation plan

- Perform cost benefit analysis of the scope of automation to create Business use Cases

- Architect, design & documenting the existing & automated solution to meet the Solution Designed (IPA, PDD, SDD, TDD) using Blue Prism

- Supporting and driving change management of existing automated processes in line with the governance meetings

- Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization

- Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues

- Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems

- Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools

- Documenting the automation procedures

- A hunger for the latest knowledge of automation and new technologies

- Establish metrics, apply industry best practices, and develop new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met

- A proficiency in targeting clients with global business services and/or SSCs

- An ability to manage performance, development and deployment issues across the client(s)/portfolio(s)

- Basic experience with one or more Scripting languages

- Conduct code and process reviews to ensure the highest level of quality

- Create reusable processes and/or extensions for the RPA tool-sets

- An ability to create automation architecture and solution proposals

- An ability to develop RPA prototypes and Proofs of Concept

- Plan, estimate and implement bots to automate repeatable processes using tools such as UIPath

- Proficient at grasping new technical concepts and utilizing the same in a productive manner.

- Good Learner with fast adaptability to new challenges in technology & processes.

- Good communication skills, quick learning and multi-tasking abilities, experience of working with team members from different cultures.
