HR Specialist - TA &amp; Operations Job Description : - Assist Talent Fulfilment process such as creation of offer letters, distributing new hire documents; creating employees personal file; supporting the new hire orientation - Administer the exit clearance process including preparation of the exit processes and completing the exit documentation. - Employee SPOC for routine query/issue resolution. - Responsible for end-to-end Lateral Hiring Efforts through suitable channels appropriate to the requirements, liaison &amp; manage ongoing relationship with recruiting agencies, manage candidate pipeline across all channels, schedule interviews &amp; coordinate with candidates &amp; internal interviewers - Responsible for Data Governance, employee data management in HRIS, Process transactions in HR information systems accurately and in a timely manner - Actively participate in Employer Branding initiatives in building appropriate talent pipeline by understanding the overall demand of the business We will look at : - The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness. - The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity. - Ready to wear your thinking hat and eager to learn in an unconventional environment. - An appreciation to try new things and get them done. - Good written and verbal communication, which means you can convey your point to the other person as it is.
