Requirements:

- Strong experience in Data and Analytics project management

- Experience in HR tech preferred

- Strong senior stakeholders management skills

- Sound Judgment & Dynamic Decision Making with Rational Thinking to escalate & manage escalations constructively

- Working Experience in large organization with global multi country operations

- Strong Knowledge in MSP, MS Excel, Power Point, Word

- Self-Motivate, Assertive, Adaptable, Resilient

- Highly Organised & Action Oriented
