Job Description :

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can help grow the organization( in both revenue and non-revenue) by being an internal consultant working on critical organizational initiatives.

An ideal candidate would have the below attributes for this high demanding role:

1. Be people centric - Ability to communicate with people and get the required work done

2. Good stakeholder management skills - Work with internal and external stakeholders for driving initiatives to closure

3. Critical thinking and problem solving - Ability to come up with ideas for solving problems with minimal support from others

4. Ability to question the status quo - Should be able to challenge the existing ways for working

Some responsibilities this role would handle. The list is non exhaustive:

1. Be the face of organizational growth initiatives and bring them to closure. Initiatives could be people growth, revenue growth, knowledge growth, capability building etc

2. Identify internal process improvements and work towards fixing those

3. Build Internal consulting best practices - ex: building and maintaining consulting CoE, standardization, template building, etc

4. Support the practice lead in delivery, people, and capability related operations

Required Skills :

- Stakeholder management - Liaison with all the relevant stakeholders

- Communication - Good written and oral communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders

- Tools - Should be well versed with office suite of products. PM tools exposure is an added advantage

- Industry understanding - Experience in handling global complex projects and consumer goods industry exposure is an added advantage

- Business analysis - Should be able to identify business needs and propose solutions if required

Educational Qualifications and certifications :

- Strong educational background from reputed engineering with 3-6 years of relevant experience in the above-mentioned job role

- MBA is preferred

- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.

- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.

- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels.

- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.

- Excellent organization and project documentation skills

- Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach.
