Job Description:&nbsp; - Ensure the successful integration and implementation of Enterprise Performance Management applicationAS IS and TO BE scenario analysis and documentation, gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution comparison and&nbsp;presentation, getting requirement sign off - Design, build and deploy best-fit solution; modify application and artifacts to meet requirements - Drive System Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing of the solution - Facilitate training and coach professional and technical staff, develop a training program, and conduct formal training sessions covering designated systems module - Manage timely appropriate communication and relationship with clients, vendors, partners and other stakeholders Educational Qualifications: - Strong educational background from reputed engineering and Tier I or Tier II management schools Required Skills: - Strong functional process knowledge and technical skills in Oracle Cloud EPM modules (EPBCS/FCCS/HPCM/PCM/etc.) - At least one end-to-end IT project implementation experience in Finance - Good understanding of FP&amp;A to be able to translate business requirements into technology solutions - Ability to quickly learn the EPM solution functionalities &amp; constraints etc. - Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. - Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously along with great communication skills Good to have: - Any other EPM application/financial consolidation/reporting tool implementation experience - Any EPM product functional consulting experience Department: Finance Open Positions: 1 Skills Required: EPBCS/FCCS/HPCM/PCM Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Desirable Skills: EPBCS/FCCS/HPCM/PCM Years Of Exp: 5 to 10 Years The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well.&nbsp;
