Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for standardization of end-to- end O2C process and drive the adoption for the same across organization
- Design finance governance and control for O2C. Align standards and procedures with dependent process owners
- Identification and signing off on risk in processes. Implementation of controls required to mitigate any gap and subsequent risks.
- Own documentation related to all areas of O2C and to be kept up to date with time
- Track the issues in O2C process across all regions and set up best practices
Requirements :
Skill Requirement :
- Qualified Accountant/ MBA in finance
- In depth knowledge and understanding of O2C process
- Should be acquainted with global business environment with knowledge of global process and transaction
- Experience in program/ project/ change management
- Good stakeholder management
Desirable Skills :
- Lean six sigma preferred
- SAP FICO end user experience
- Oracle financials end user experience
