- Domain Expertise: Utilize deep expertise in supply chain execution across logistics, transportation, and warehousing domains to assess client operations, identify inefficiencies, and propose strategic improvements.

- Process Transformation: Lead process optimization initiatives, recommending innovative solutions, and implementing process transformations to enhance operational efficiency and streamline logistics workflows.

- IT Transformation: Collaborate with clients on IT strategy, advising on system enhancements, digitalization initiatives, and technology adoption to drive digital transformation in logistics and supply chain management.

- Capability building: To identify, articulate and clearly define client/industry challenges and able to design and build solutions/accelerators, able to stich various solutions to address the challenges.

- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

- Thought Leadership: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management, contributing to thought leadership content and methodologies.

Requirements:

Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role.

Must Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Tier 1 B-Schools preferred.

- 8+ years of progressive experience in consulting or advisory roles, focusing on logistics, transportation, warehousing, and IT transformation within the consulting services industry.

- Proven track record in driving process optimization, IT transformation, and implementing solutions in logistics and supply chain domains.

- Prior experience in any WMS/TMS or real time visibility applications implementation or enhancements

Good to have:

- Expertise in data analysis, utilizing analytical tools to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and Bdrive them to successful completion.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

- Innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.

- Prior experience in building advisory/consulting capabilities, service offerings and exposure to pre sales in the related business services
