JOB DESCRIPTION : Roles and Responsibilities : - This role will provide with an opportunity to get completely hands on with HR Operations primarily in a people centric consulting organisation. This role also requires exhibiting appropriate HR knowledge that helps to differentiate and make judgements impacting HR Processes and operations. You will be supported to get a steep learning curve coupled with a platform to share ideas and execute them. Responsibilities : - Ensure proper onboarding for the new employees for helping them settle in the organization - Make quality work as a parameter for all operational working - Conduct BGV and Maintain Statutory records of all associated documentation - Knowhow of associated HR Process and its impact in HRMS - HRMS Data Governance through Employee Lifecycle - Policy cascade and effective implementation of the same - Support through Employee Benefits and Employee Mobility - Reporting and analytics of HR Data - Will be responsible for Leave Management, Probation and Exit with FnF closure Only things that matter! : - Good written and verbal communication, which means you can convey your point to the other person as it is - The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness - The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity - Ready to wear your thinking hat and eager to learn in an unconventional environment - An appreciation to try new things and get them done!
