Digital Marketing Specialist required immediately:
Job Description:
- Very good understanding and practical exposure to all facets of digital marketing and related areas
- Project Management and implementation of various Digital Marketing initiatives across geographies and categories
- Define and document the campaign objectives, Scope, and Assumptions, and managing the budget
- Develop and drive the digital marketing strategy. Evaluate performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan and execute all web, email, social media, mobile and display advertising campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies including new media opportunities
- Work across teams (Marketing, HR, Sales, Commercial Excellence etc.) to create and optimize user experiences
- Proactively manage digital outreach programs to drive traffic, and improve conversion rate
Educational Qualifications:
- Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience in SEM, past success in conversion and online customer acquisition
- Extensive experience running Facebook and Google campaigns
- Strong knowledge of search engine optimization, CRM marketing promotions and campaigns
- Extensive experience in developing and executing campaigns with successful ROI
- Well versed in website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics)
- Strong experience in Performance marketing, A/B testing, and multivariate experiments
- Well versed with advanced segmentation, customer lifecycle, channel performance tracking, funnel analysis, and retention
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
