Key Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and intuition

- Broad-minded, with meticulous attention to detail

- Understanding of statistical measures

- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, including complex projects

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

- 5+ years of comparable, relevant professional experience

- SQL proficiency

- Must have familiarity with JMP, SAS, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools

- Experience with Python or R programming highly desirable

Description

- Evaluates ongoing product feedback captured in customer systems.

- Performs and develops strategic analyses and visualizations of product data to help the Support and Services Product teams improve product quality and reduce support costs.

- Produces data-driven analysis to prioritize product issues for break fix.

- Tracks product performance to assess the impact of product changes and support interventions.

Skills:

- Extensive experience in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets.

- Familiarity with database modelling and data warehousing principles with a working knowledge of SQL.

- Integrating ad hoc customer requests into report & dashboard designs.

- Understanding of various data aggregation techniques, analysis, blending, Tableau Charts, Graphs etc

- Advanced level of expertise in building visually appealing and interactive dashboards, using Tableau

- Creativity to go beyond current tools to deliver best solution to the problem

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Education

- Bachelors/Master's or equivalent experience required
