Requirements : Role Description: - The role requires an individual with 4-8 years of experience in marketing automation portfolio. - Work with clients on Digital Marketing Strategy and Optimization tools (Eloqua/SFMC/Marketo,) - Expertise in marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management and online marketing - Implementing new programs, POC to showcase the value of marketing automation - Work closely with stakeholders on marketing teams to drive campaign execution and operations - Own end-to-end management of marketing campaigns - Keep updated with new features and functionality - Hands on experience in working with data and integrators (Snowflake, Mulesoft, Tables, Records, Fields) - Project delivery to ensure the project is delivered on time - Build, manage and maintain reports/dashboards - Prior experience in marketing analytics is an added advantage - Prior experience of managing a product, handling a dashboard is an added advantage - Working with multiple stakeholders and across business and tech teams - Capability to handle budget, effort tracking and product roadmap building with a 3rd party agency Educational Qualifications : Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management school Required Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to work on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution - Comfortable with applying technical solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation - Minimum 4-8 years of work experience in digital marketing automation domain is preferred - Exposure to e-commerce Platform implementation or digital marketing automation is a plus Personal Attributes : - Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation - Updated with the recent changes in the digital marketing automation domain on the business and technical trends - Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems - Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously - Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally - Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels - Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative - Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues - Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach Benefits : What is in it for You: - Be part of the exciting Growth Story of Thoucentric! - Work on projects that help you stay ahead of the curve.
