Job Description : - We are looking for a Campus Hiring Specialist who will be responsible for building and maintaining our relations with universities for recruiting fresh graduate talents from Premier Engineering Institutes (IITs, IIMs, NITs) and Business Schools. - In this role you will also be responsible for managing and building our Employer Brand at various Campuses. Conceptualize and implement engagement programs for Engineering Institutes and Business Schools across the country to enhance company brand. - Employer Branding activities will include producing engaging content and distributing it across several online channels to attract new candidates and increase the visibility of Thoucentric as an organization and employer of choice.
