Campus Engagement Specialist

Job description:


We are looking for a Campus Hiring Specialist who will be responsible for building and maintaining our relations with universities for recruiting fresh graduate talents from Premier Engineering Institutes (IITs, IIMs, NITs) and Business Schools. In this role you will also be responsible for managing and building our Employer Brand at various Campuses. Conceptualize and implement engagement programs for Engineering Institutes and Business Schools across the country to enhance company brand. Employer Branding activities will include producing engaging content and distributing it across several online channels to attract new candidates and increase the visibility of Thoucentric as an organization and employer of choice. You will ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among campus and other communities.

We are looking for exceptional individuals who can hit the ground running and have the drive to be successful in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity, and the role requires an enthusiastic approach, coupled with a real determination to deliver consistently.

Campus Recruitment Responsibilities :

- Creating Annual Campus Program by working with Business stakeholders

- Creating and managing Internship Program

- Improving Campus Branding and Campus Engagement Activities

- Empaneling with Tier 1 colleges and strive for Day 0 dates in the campus recruitment season

- Post Offer Candidate Engagement

- Manage Onboarding, and Collaborate with Human Resources and Training for fresh graduate training

- Maintain relations with the Training and Placement Offices (TPO) with universities, institutes and colleges

- Tie up with Training Institutes to hire trained gradates

- Work to bring Automation in Campus Hiring

- Creating Programs where Thoucentric can participate in defining Syllabus in the university

- Employment Branding Responsibilities at Various Campuses

- Create a Global Employer Brand

- Use recruitment Marketing strategies to help attract the very best talent

- Work with Global Employees to share their stories

- Create Employer Branding Contents that influences sourcing of talent

- Create and Run Branding campaigns to attract talent

- Use social media to influence and attract talent- Increase engagement in Social and Digital Channels

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in handling University Relationships and Campus Recruitment Programs

- Should be an MBA in Human Resources

- Should have experience in volume hiring and managing large scale recruitment drives

- Experience in Employment Branding will be an added Advantage

- High Creative Thinking ability

- Strong presentation Skills

- Strong communication Skills

- Require very high ability to drive things to completion and ability to influence and collaborate with various functions

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be very good in Excel and PowerPoint

- Broad knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews

- Candidates should have a solid understanding of effective communications, be a strong team player, have a keen eye for detail, be able and willing to coach others in accurate and effective marketing communications and have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

- Social Media Marketing experience would be an added advantage
