Investment Analyst Thoth Infrastructure is a focused infrastructure venture focusing on the redevelopment of railway stations, airports, and other transit-oriented developments. Thoth seeks to develop, finance, build and operate (DBFOT) railway stations and other similar infrastructure PPP projects. We have built a multi-disciplinary executive team and are looking for MULTIPLE investment analyst to join our team as we would be bidding for multiple projects over the next few years. Job Responsibilities: a) Research: Qualitative and quantitative research for various business problems b) Modeling: Should be able to build financial models by incorporating all the inputs from the team. c) Econometric Analysis: Ability to analyze unstructured data and organize it to get meaningful insights d) Should be able to multi-task effectively to work on multiple projects at a time e) Prepare detailed presentations for investors including the development of risk mitigation strategies f) Work with other senior leaders and consultants to ensure an accurate, crisp, and detailed presentation and document g) Work with various cross-sectoral teams. h) Researching and assessing potential investment opportunities, both qualitatively and quantitatively Qualities: 1) Strong communication skills 2) Hardworking 3) Able to form and express clear opinions Education: i) Undergraduate degree from a top tier college with extremely strong analytical skills and communication skills (eg. Ashoka) OR ii) Recent MBA graduate from a top tier MBA college Experience: 1-3 years of experience in economic analysis, investment banking, private equity, or valuation experience.
