Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understanding of up-stream and downstream process

- Calculation and analysis at a process level

- Preliminary review and corrections

- Escalation and resolution management

- Ability to suggest/implement process developments

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Highlight Issues and work for resolution

- Follow SOX controls

- SAP GL exposure

- Ability to step up and take on additional responsibilities or act as back up during absence of TL/ Supervisor

Skills :

- Knowledge of Accounting Standards

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

- Aptitude for process improvement, attention to detail, going into the root cause of the problem

- Understanding of Trial Balance, Balance sheet and debits and credits

- Good knowledge of Excel and Proven problem solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to take on additional responsibilities

- Accounting knowledge and financial analysis

- Exposure to change management

Qualifications :

- Any graduate with 5-6 years of experience

- Semi qualified CA with 2-3 years of post qualification experience
