JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Partnering with the leadership team to drive customer centric continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across locations.
- Support the internal strategic sales initiatives and possibly build a small focus group that will assist clients (in-house legal) as a part of our proposed consulting service offerings.
Other responsibilities include :
- Creating awareness about the concept of Quality and Continuous Improvement across all P3 locations;
- Drive customer focused VOC gathering exercises and use these as inputs for driving customer centric improvement projects.
- Get buy-in and build internal capability by creating awareness and sharing knowledge through Six Sigma Champion, Yellow Belt, Green Belt and BB trainings;
- Work towards setting up QMS and achieving certification on CMMI SVC standard (level 3 min);
- Understand stakeholders- expectations and align the Business Excellence Team's initiatives with the organizational goal;
- Build relationships with stakeholder to penetrate and make improvement a part of everybody's thinking;
- Ongoing communication with the key stakeholders for aligning the progress of each initiative in the right direction, on an ongoing basis;
- Track and report the progress of the initiatives to Sr. Management on a regular basis;
- Identify and deliver on key strategic high impact improvement projects; Mentor GBs;
- Manage the budget for the Business Excellence team and ensure maximum returns;
- Manage and align the responsibilities of team members that ensures cohesive effort resulting in successfully meeting Business Excellence teams- objective; and Deliver projects as per agreed timelines; participate and support driving other BE initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Ideal candidates for this position should ably demonstrate the following:
- Candidates who have executed Green belt projects or are certified Six sigma black belt ;
- Expertise using MS office tools, especially Excel (advance) and Power Point (working knowledge) should have knowledge of MIS, Spreadsheet skills;
- Ability to design solution/initiatives based on organization's need.
- Comfortable conducting Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt trainings independently;
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 or standards alike and ability to setup and conduct system / process effectiveness audits;
