Key Responsibilities

- Handling bank and credit rating agency relationships

- Negotiation with banks on various products including interest rates on loans, financial instruments, banking products like payment gateways, etc. for the company / group companies

- Evaluating proposals for investing surplus funds of the company/ group companies.

- Supporting overseas group companies across multiple geographies on credit facilities, banking products, etc.

- Overseeing documentation related to various bank facilities (agreements / borrowing tracker / other queries from banks)

- Managing and improving the cash flow. Innovating and evaluating various alternatives to improve the cash flows

- Liaising with banks, etc. for new product requirements/ innovations

- Bringing about improvements in areas like automation, efficiency improvement, etc.

- Grooming and motivating team members

Eligibility to apply :

- Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience and strong communication and leadership skills, as the role would involve interactions with banks and internal stakeholders.

- Senior Manager with treasury experience can apply.
