The Customer experience function is the custodian of the voice of the customer and drives the service levels of the brand at the caf's. The function is responsible to enable providing customer delight at the cafes. The function also creates internal functional process improvements to incorporate the customer feedbacks. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the voice of customer for the organization - Be the guardian of the customer experience at the caf's. Working with training, operations and HR to deliver delightful experiences to the Third Wave customer - Map the customer journey and ensure delight at all touch points across channels like Dine in, pick up, delivery, app ordering etc, - Capture feedbacks, concerns, suggestions etc from customers to create actionable insights for the cafs. - Consolidate customer feedback data and find solutions working closely with internal support functions - Design tools to measure and provide actionable items to cafs to improve based on feedbacks. - Develop tech enabled solution to better monitor and measure customer experience at cafes.
