What you'll be doing:

- Provide strategic financial leadership by overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

- Act as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, offering insights into financial implications of business decisions.

- Implement and maintain robust financial control processes to ensure the integrity of financial data.

- Oversee compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and business performance.

- Lead fundraising efforts by identifying potential sources of capital and creating compelling financial narratives for investors.

- Possess exceptional communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

- Present financial information in a clear, concise manner to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

What you'll bring:

- Strong understanding of the media & entertainment industry, business metrics, opportunities and challenges.

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with a track record of success in leadership roles.

- Chartered Accountant or Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from a premium B School.

- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support.

- Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
