Location: Jogeshwari Key Educational Qualification: B.E / BTech - Electronics/ I.T / Computer Science Experience - Minimum of 10-12 years of overall experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product environment, or Master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience - Min. 3 years of hands- on experience in developing end- to- end IoT applications that are comprised of cloud- based applications and services, web applications, data analytics, wireless communication systems, embedded sensors and devices along with mobile App Industry - Automation, Pharma, IIoT/ Digital Manufacturing Key Customers Served: Internal: All associates for SciTech Centre External: All associates for ACG Group Companies Key skill requirement (Mandatory) - Hands on knowledge on ThingWorx platform and designing enterprise wide architecture for ThingWorx - Create ThingWorx application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architectural principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices - Experience in coding programmes such as Java, JavaScript, C++, Python, Windows and Linux. - Experience in Engineering and IT as technical architect role developing large-scale systems based on complex integration solutions and server/ cloud based web application. - Good experience in multiple cloud platforms, especially from Device and Enterprise architecture integrations design and implementation perspectives. - Understanding of ThingWorx user interface, modeling & connectivity technologies & extensions. - Deep exposure to development, deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications/ platforms - Should have led at least 5 large projects in the capacity of Technical Architect. - Should have implemented / Architected at least 2-3 Projects in this space from Engineering or IT perspective. - Good understanding of drivers for edge sensors, device provisioning and protocols. - Experience in Edge server development on ThingWorx. - Good understanding of sensor to gateway/cloud connectivity solutions. - Experience with cloud platforms Azure, AWS, Thing Worx, etc - Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns - Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) - Experience on Java scripting, Object oriented concepts. Level Specific Accountabilities: - Coordinate with software development team in developing and implementing software applications. - Propose most effective architectural solutions to meet cost, quality and schedule requirements. - Work with project team to design prototypes to validate application functionality. - Assist Managers in analysing project requirements and project designs. - Participate in design, code and test plan reviews as needed and provide appropriate recommendations. - Analyse software issues and recommend workaround solutions. - Assist in development of design documents, white papers, training documents and software architectural documents. - Lead technical design with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensure that architectural standards are followed - Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections & keep technology solutions within budgets and timelines - Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies, industry and market trends to identify potential product ideas and implementation strategies - Meets with project leaders and software development leaders to ensure progress towards architectural alignment with project goals and requirements Scope of Decision Making: - Functions independently within agreed work plan on multiple projects with limited supervision - Acts with authority to lead the new product development process - Takes decisions on everyday matters that impact the different stages of new projects along with leading cross-functional teams and seeking guidance and inputs in key issues - Takes proactive measures to institutionalize and build an innovation-focused culture and identifies best practices that can benefit the team .
