Business Development - SaaS


About the Role :


- You will be responsible for sourcing leads, identifying growth opportunities, and managing clients. Lead from the front by formulating strategies and approaches to establish credibility for the company's products and services.


- Create compelling, credible, and persuasive conversations that elevate our technology in the marketplace.


- Establish yourself as both a domain and solution expert in the eyes of your audiences.


- Be willing to broaden your expertise as we continue to develop solutions for facilities.


- Work with Product Management and Development team members to enhance the company's products with new features that anticipate customer needs.


- Share best practises and known solutions with colleagues to enhance the quality and efficiency of other team members.


- Stay current on competitive analyses and trends impacting the workspace.


- Communicate with both business and technical decision makers.


- Supporting Marketing events ; user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, webinars, etc. Customer Success


- Eligibility Criteria:Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience with a strong commercial acumen.


- Demonstrated experience in delivering professional services and projects to clients.


- Strong empathy/obsession for customers and passion for revenue and growth.


- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.


- A complete and thorough understanding of the needs and challenges facing today's facilities and workplace organisations.

- 4+ years of Solution Consulting experience working with workspace and facilities solutions or comparable experience.

- 4+ years working with sophisticated facilities management systems


- SaaS experience is preferable.


- Proven pre-sales skills: excellent communication skills in speaking to relevant values in a way that's compelling and memorable.


- Ability to establish credibility with executives, business decision makers, and technical influencers.


- Self-starter; ability to effectively complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision.


- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing and product development.


- Ability to effectively communicate the company's value proposition and key differentiators to prospects.


- Flexible with creative problem-solving skills.
