Experience: 8+ years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related STEM field, or equivalent.

Key Skills:

- Decision Making, Communication, Problem Solving, Team & Client Management, Planning & Time Management, Customer Advisory Requirements

- Primary experience within Life Science industry

- Expert level understanding of Watson LIMS Administration,

- Expert at system management and security

- Strong working functional knowledge of Sample tracking and handling.

- Should be familiar with lab systems, integration techniques, and web services with understanding and exposure specifically to LIMS concepts

- Should be experienced with the system administration and maintenance activities of the ThermoFisher Watson LIMS application.

- Should have worked on LIMS interfaces with other applications.

- Should have a good command on SQL queries either in Oracle or MS SQL

- In-depth understanding of the application and business process/domain

- Fluent in tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Sheets, and Excel.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.

- Strong writing and verbal skills.

- Experience of successfully engaging senior management and groups of stakeholders. Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.

Responsibilities:

- SME/Functional support as - L3/L4 expert

- Advise customer on the application and business process domain

- Train customer teams (hand holding/shadow run) enabling them to perform tasks independently

- Assist and guide customer teams on a day to day application support

- Configuration/Customizing in the application - Impact of changes in the business process

- Visit customers as needed for discussion, training, and consultative meetings.

- Represent Synapse in meetings and conferences.

- Manage teams as needed.

- Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project. Use best practice risk management, assessing risks in an informed and considered manner and to plan for the mitigation of these risks.

- Manage customer expectations and maintain trusting customer relationships.

- Work with end users from disparate national and cultural backgrounds.

Location - 

Primarily from Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai, remote working can be considered after successful interview and selection.

Work from India primarily during CET hours

- Ability to Travel to CN/CZ
