Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager with a background in the Pharma industry, specifically in finished products. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience and be based in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities, for pharmaceutical finished products.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to drive product development and successful launches.

4. Develop and implement product strategies to meet business objectives and revenue goals.

5. Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering insights to enhance product features and market positioning.

6. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

7. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer feedback and incorporate it into product improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.

- 8-10 years of experience in product management within the Pharma industry, with a focus on finished products.

- Proven track record of successful product launches and life cycle management.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
