Product Consultant (Customer Success Team) '
We are seeking a dynamic Product Consultant/Manager to join our Customer Success team. This individual will play a key role in creating exceptional product solutions, including developing business cases and Proof-of-Concepts for potential clients, showcasing our value proposition effectively. Responsibilities include steering strategy, shaping roadmaps, and contributing to the identification of solutions that align with client pitches.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies, goals and assess impact.
- Work closely with product designers and data specialists to deliver compelling Proof-of-Concepts, showcasing winning solutions that enhance the Leads to Win ratio.
- Proficiency in crafting a compelling narrative for the proposed solution, articulating the core value proposition and impact grounded in data to create a persuasive pitch.
- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with prospects and document specifications in the form of Product Requirement Documents.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to determine optimized effort estimates, ensuring proposed approaches and solutions are purpose-fit, meet client needs, and are operationally sustainable.
- Generate Intellectual Capital, including frameworks, methodologies, product analyses and industry reports.
- Establish best practices for the Product Management team to enhance pitch efficiency and quality.
- Provide key insights to top leadership for continuous improvement of the role and the function.
- Manage multiple pitches and tasks concurrently, achieving rapid turnaround times while maintaining accountability.
- Develop positioning and messaging strategies to attract and convert prospects and leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams (UI/UX, Engineering, Analytics, Consulting, and Research) to explore and propose new, relevant product ideas for Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concepts (POC), taking end-to-end ownership of this process to enhance the sales funnel.

Qualifications:
- The perfect candidate should be a motivating and self-assured team collaborator possessing:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Management
- Over 4 years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing Management, demonstrating a successful history of client acquisition and retention.
- In-depth comprehension of product dynamics and customer experience, gained from working in a product-focused firm and/or navigating complex domains.
- Previous experience in articulating metrics and KPIs to assess product performance, utilizing data-related tools to comprehend the existing client/product landscape and construct a coherent narrative.
