Senior Business Analyst - UX Project Coordinator Role Overview : We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for identifying and defining product feature requirements and helping to determine solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. You will focus on growing and developing the end services offered by our existing clients. You will also build business cases for the prospective clients and thereby demonstrate the value proposition of our products. In this role, you will closely work with our Clients, Directors and Thence Team. Duties & Responsibilities : - Coordinate client projects throughout the entire lifecycle from stakeholder workshop, information architecture, user interviews, wireframing, UI and screens designs, user testing and front-end development - Work in cohesion with and do activity mapping and work planning for UX researchers, UI designers, and UX designers to deliver multiple projects which run in parallel - Work with clients and other stakeholders to gather information. Using techniques like interviews, work sessions, storyboarding, and prototyping. - Elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements. - Understand project scope, project goals, product functionality, and desired features. - Evaluate customer needs/issues, analyze business processes, assist in evaluating alternatives - Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into UX and UI requirements. - Determine the level of effort and time required for solution delivery. - Analyze high-level business requirements and translate them into more detailed user stories, use cases, and other functional requirements documents such as process flows, screen mock-ups etc. - Identify and assist in resolving issues, questions, and scope/requirements gaps quickly and effectively enable the delivery and support of applications. - Create documents and other artifacts to promote sustainable knowledge management within the organization. - Conduct research and proactively make recommendations to improve application delivery. Skills Required : - 3+ years of experience in IT/UX space - Ability to effectively conduct requirements gathering sessions and concisely documenting the outcome. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a self-starter. - Proven experience in creating user stories uses cases, process flows, wireframes, and data mappings. - Ability to take initiative and proactively offer suggestions and resolutions. - Proactive problem solver who, handle multiple complex projects and tasks. - Great communication skills; the ability to clearly explain design decisions and process to anyone in the company. - Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter who actively seeks ways to improve the customer experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
