Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

Location: Delhi

About the Role: You will engage with Clients from the Pre Sales stage to identify key challenges that they look to overcome with their investment in our products, map agreed solutions to our products and enable enhance their experience and derive higher value from our solutions in their business.

Key Requirements:

- 6 to 8 years of overall experience in BFSI, with at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / SME / Functional Consultant.

- Specialisation in Deposits is a must.

- Exposure in all modules of Lending is preferred.

- Expertise in requirement gathering, creating business use-cases and user-stories, documenting the functional or business requirements

- Experience in BRD, FRD, Use Case, Flow Diagrams.

- End to end understanding of Agile Methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

- Excellent client interaction, communication and documentation skills (must have)

- Experience on Quality Assurance or Testing is a plus.

- Ability to excel in project delivery while working in a high-paced, distributed team environment
