About the Role: Key interface between the client, users and project manager to provide solutions based on information on product and client requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current products used within the company and determine ways to improve on solutioning.
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
- Work closely and provide inputs to delivery team for implementation and convert functional specs into technical specs and deliverable product
- Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of project implementation.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
- Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Interact with support and project teams to understand gaps and take up requirements for future releases.
- Provide sign off on developed product / project implementation (to confirm in line with the specs)
- Review User Manual and test cases prepared.
- Engage with customers, Sales team to understand current trends of the market to get to understand the current market requirements
- Work with project delivery team to ensure successful go live.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 to 10 years of work experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect or SME from BFSI domain.
2. Strong working experience of system architecture in one of the domains: Lending / Loan Origination / Loan Management is a must.
3. Experience in requirement gathering, creating business use-cases and user-stories, documenting the functional/business requirements.
4. Hands on with BRD, FRD, Use Case, Flow Diagrams, solutioning, data management & validation of functional scope.
5. Should have experience working in project implementation and be a strong client facing person.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
7. Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business
8. Willing to travel in a minimum capacity
