Responsibilities - Responsible for building strong lending tie-ups with NBFCs and FinTechs - Driving partnerships, AUM, and revenue growth for the Partnerships & Alliances Supply Chain Finance vertical - Develop the strategy, process, and product design for on-boarding partners, negotiating contractual relationships, and technology integration - End-to-end on-boarding of partners from lead generation to commercial negotiations, technical integration & closing while ensuring our client interest is met - Nurture partner relations and give insights on overall business performance and industry best practices - Ensuring adherence to a well-defined process of tracking the leads generated to reporting them both to the respective lending partners as well as to the internal MIS for monitoring progress - Ensuring that the engagements are formalized with the lending partner by way of agreement(s) and agreed base rates and mark-ups applicable, if any. Also taking care of internal closure with cross-functional departments like Legal, Finance etc. - Establish internal risk and credit policies and perform due diligence of cases through qualitative and quantitative parameters - Verify credit information through third party sources and market intelligence - Develop credit models for existing and upcoming business segments - Minimise NPA and loss for internal and external sourced credit Skills : - 3-5+ years of overall experience in a similar role will be strongly preferred - Strong LC, SCF product, and credit risk experience is a must with a strong understanding of most lending products - Extensive experience structuring deals - Excellent and proven relationship building and stakeholder management skills - Established an existing network of NBFCs and FinTechs would be a definite advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with the technical, contractual, and financial aspects of the business - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment - Should be personally be an ardent believer in digital transformation and the use of technology to simplify business processes and improve customer experience - High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly - Willingness to travel to meet lending partners Qualifications : - 2-3+ years of experience in a management position in a similar role - MBA in Finance strongly preferred - Understanding of advanced business planning, compliance and regulatory issues
