About your Role:
We are looking to aggressively expand in premium retail (Modern Trade and premium General Trade) in Top metro cities of India.
Below listed are some responsibilities for this role:
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership which includes sales, capturing of market insights and effectively implement Key initiatives in assigned geographies in the areas of Distribution expansion, Dealer Management & Sales Operation.
- Plan and ensure achievement of sales objectives (volume/value, product, territory wise, new/focus product) for the assigned set of customers.
- Delivering Secondary monthly targets and Gross Revenue growth.
- Drive & Effectively implement Major and Key initiatives in the areas of Sales Development & Sales Operation.
- Lead the execution of the overall Go to market strategy of the company across multiple cities.
- Increasing distribution by identifying and increasing number of outlets served
- Ensure business growth at key accounts by developing the required level of relationship and engagement with decision makers & key influencers of the accounts.
- Ensuring stock availability and visibility as per planogram.
- Control the receivables in line with credit policy. Proactively monitor financially stressed customers and take corrective action.
- Carry out monthly and quarterly forecasting of all categories and SKUs to ensure optimum stock level and avoid stock outs
- Managing a team of sales officers and leading them to deliver results.
