We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Online Marketing to lead and elevate the online marketing strategy for The Wellness Shop, a premium personal care clean beauty brand. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in digital marketing, a track record of scaling brands, and the ability to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

Online Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

- Implement innovative and data-driven approaches to reach target audiences.

Paid Marketing Management:

- Manage a substantial budget (20 crores and above) for paid marketing channels, including social media ads, Google ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

- Optimize and scale paid marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Customer Retention:

- Design and implement effective customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.

- Utilize customer data and analytics to personalize and enhance the customer experience.

Content Marketing:

- Oversee content marketing initiatives to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with the brand's audience.

- Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and enhances organic visibility.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing online marketing team.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing department.

Scaling Initiatives:

- Identify and execute strategies to scale the company's online presence and reach.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from a premium college; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in online marketing roles within the beauty or personal care industry.

- Proven track record of managing large paid marketing budgets.

- Strong expertise in social media ads, Google ads, and content marketing.

- Experience with customer retention strategies and tools.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
