Responsibilities: Online Marketing Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. - Implement innovative and data-driven approaches to reach target audiences. Paid Marketing Management: - Manage a substantial budget (20 crores and above) for paid marketing channels, including social media ads, Google ads, and other digital advertising platforms. - Optimize and scale paid marketing campaigns for maximum ROI. Customer Retention: - Design and implement effective customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value. - Utilize customer data and analytics to personalize and enhance the customer experience. Content Marketing: - Oversee content marketing initiatives to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with the brand's audience. - Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and enhances organic visibility. Team Leadership: - Build and lead a high-performing online marketing team. - Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing department.
