Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. - Lead and oversee the entire sales function, including inside sales, channel sales, and other sales processes. Team Management: - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. - Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Market Expansion: - Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the brand's presence. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and distributors. Sales Process Optimization: - Implement effective sales processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals. - Continuously analyze and optimize the sales funnel for maximum effectiveness.
