Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. - Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software. - SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
