The Wadhwa Group - Manager/Senior Manager - Commercial Leasing

The incumbent would be handling the following major responsibilities :

1) Handle Leasing & Sales of Commercial properties

2) Take care of all activities from sourcing of prospects till deal closure

3) Relationship Management with tenants & Channel Partners

4) Keep track of lease renewals & ensure renewal process is carried out on time.

Job Location : Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai

Ideal candidate would be someone who has done atleast 1.5 lacs sq ft of commercial sales / leasing.
