- Handling all legal matters relating to real estate deeds, land acquisition papers, statutory clearances and papers related to long term leasing, renting etc., oversee all the litigation.

- Drafting all kind of contract with Land owners/flat buyers / bankers/ vendors /consultants / service providers etc,

- Liaison with concerned Government departments to ensure that wherever legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken, obtaining clearance from Government authorities before purchasing the land or starting the project.

- Legal drafting of transaction-related documents including Agreement for Sale, Assignment Deed, Conveyance Deed, Power of Attorney, Development Agreement ,Supplementary Agreement, MOU ,Will, Gift Deed, Leave and License Agreement, Rectification Deed, Lease, SUB Lease, AMC Deed, Escrow Agreements ,Service Agreement ,Security Agreement , Mortgage Deed & drafting of all types of contracts, Affidavits, Declarations ,indemnity.

- Drafting of legal notices and reply to the notices.

- Well versed with provisions of CPC, DC Rules ,Transfer of Property Law, Contract Law, MHADA, SRA, Municipal Corporation Act, Land Acquisition Proceeding References and Writ Petition thereon, MRTP Act ,Maharashtra Land Revenue code, Royalty, Revenue Proceeding.

- Handle matters relating to Litigation/ Contracts/ Due diligence relating to titles/property/ Documentation/ Drafting.

- Intellectual Property- Land Procuring, Legal Due Diligence of Residential , Real Estates examine public and private records, legal instruments pertaining to property Titles,
