Product/Program Manager - Tech Experience Range : 10 to 12 Years Relevant Experience Range : 6 to 8 Years (Sold tech programs i.e Data Science, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data) Position Objective : This position will be responsible for the Products falling under the Tech vertical. People who perform strongly in this role will provide product, marketing and academic expertise to the vertical. This position will ensure that the team and individual assigned targets are met. Roles and Responsibilities : - Work closely with the academic and marketing team pre and post launch of new programs - Provide consultative insights to the cross functional teams - Own the sales target for all programs in the vertical - Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner. Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions - Counsel individuals to understand their personal and social challenges affecting their career progression and advise them on how to succeed through education - Assist the leads on all information actively till closures. Provide correct and authentic information to the prospective participant. - Record all information and interactions in CRM software on an ongoing basis. - Travel occasionally, to participate in offline marketing campaigns and engage in structured database outreach campaigns - Record all information and interactions in CRM software on an ongoing basis. - Follow policies and procedures for smooth and seamless operations. - Attend all trainings and learning sessions for self-development. - Contribute to team goals. - Ensure team and individual targets are met and exceeded - Identify training and learning gaps in the team and fill these gaps Knowledge / Desired Skills : - A go getter self-driven professional with a strong desire to earn rewards through success - Enjoy the education sector and believe in the immense potential that it holds in the future - Has a solid track record of 6 to 8 years in selling and marketing high value programs or executive search or training and development experience - Team player who is capable of switching between an individual role and a team role
