Position Objective:
- Launch & Optimize SEM campaigns (FB, Google, LinkedIn). Manage the campaigns daily. Hold responsibility of channel's performance and delivering results for given programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage performance campaigns on Facebook, Google & LinkedIn
- Manage Search and Display marketing campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliates Partners, Google and Digital advertising channels
- Design, organize, budget and execute monthly paid marketing plans in synchronization & execute campaigns by themselves
- Work with team lead to monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing bids and campaign strategies to maximize the ROI
- Expert ability in Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn advertising, copying, ad design and optimization
- Improve marketing performance on display networks
- Prepare daily, weekly monthly reports with insights on the campaign
Mandatory Skills:
- Performance campaign management on Facebook, Google & LinkedIn. Preferable for candidates who has worked on Lead generation, CPL, CPA campaigns along with ROI centric goals.
Knowledge/Desired Skills:
- Biddable media, performance campaigns, SEO from marketing perspective only
- Performance Marketing
- Proficient in Facebook, LinkedIn campaign optimization
- Understanding of the optimization steps in terms of reaching the right audience, acquiring a potential customer, and keeping the CAC in control.
