This position will be responsible for driving departmental prudence, financial oversight and business excellence for the Executive Education business vertical within Times Professional Learning. This person has to interact with internal and external stakeholders from sales, operations and marketing perspective to ensure accurate and daily sales tracking, expenditure tracking, recommending corrective measures, tracking of plan implementation across teams etc. Role Responsibilities - - Develop and track key business performance matrix across sales, marketing and operations. - To ensure productivity and efficiency for the business vertical including implementing business strategies, evaluating performances, and supervising employees. - Perform daily performance evaluations of departments / individuals to determine areas of improvements and optimisation. - To ensure that the business vertical is on track to meet its sales, spending and overall financial goals. - Develop, maintain and assist in accurate and timely reporting and report achievement gaps. - Directly influence and assess team leaders to oversee the deliverables of their team members. - Craft communication with external and internal customers of TPL. - Conduct regular market studies to suggest new ideas for the expansion of the TSW Vertical. - Develop product and relationship level plans for partner institutes (IIMC, IIMK, IIMT, IIML, IIMI XLRI etc.) Desired skill sets -&nbsp; - MBA with minimum 2 to 5 yrs experience as an Asst Mgr, Manager with experience across multiple verticals. - Excellent knowledge of MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, vlookup, pivot tables, power point and ERP tools - Deadline oriented with strong financial management and analysis skills. - Background in reporting, project management and strategic research will be an added advantage Personality traits - Strong analytics and number crunching skills, pleasant and happy demeanour, positive and confident attitude, strong sense of integrity and ethical behaviour, willingness to learn and adapt, respectful, co-operative, helpful and punctual behaviour,
