Job Description of ERP Support Executive

- Knowledge of ERPs & ERP implementation for modules such as Finance, Production, Stores, Sales, Inventory Control in a QSR/Cloud Kitchen/Quick Commerce setup

- Responsible for end-to-end configurations, deployment, implementation & support for Rista ERP or any other related systems, its features & developments, organization-wide

- Manage Day-to-day ERP operations coordinating with internal & external stakeholders, including but not limited to activities such as:

1. New outlets/users/items/suppliers creation/on-boarding,

2. Various access roles creation & management,

3. Map BOM (recipes) with the help of product development team,

4. Suppliers mapping with the help of Supply Chain team,

5. Sales, COGS, Inventory Report Preparation/Automation & Dissemination at various levels

- Prepare & maintain training materials such as videos, flowcharts, SOPs, user manuals for end user training based on user levels, as required from time to time. Conduct periodic refresher training for all users & on-demand.

- Responsible for backups & management of the entire ERP backend system database including Sales Data, Customer Data, Inventory Data, Suppliers Data, BOM Data, Financial Data etc.

- Provide new Store/Kitchen POS & Inventory implementation training & support

- Take down requirements of various functions wrt automation, reports, features development etc. brief the vendor and ensure it is developed & rolled-out as per agreed timelines

- System administration support wrt POS & ERP - Support Network, Systems, Servers, Printer Technical Issues, basic knowledge on hardware Firewalls

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 1-3 yrs. experience of working with ERP Software's, IT support

- Minimum 1+ year working experience in Software implementation and Support in a QSR/Cloud Kitchen/Quick Commerce setup

- Ability to solve complex business issues. Having excellent communication and presentation skills will be a bonus
