Key Deliverables of the Role:
- Setting a clear and distinctive strategy for the brand, including vision, tone of voice, with clear and compelling reasons to believe
- Collaborations Lead: Create and manage collaborations with ecosystem players and other stakeholders
- New Initiatives Lead: Launch and drive new programs in Innovation
- Managing and monitoring a marketing budget, with a focus on ROI.
- Key Programs Lead: Drive existing key programs like Innovation for India Awards
- Using data, including analytics and research to make evidence-based recommendations for media plans, marketing spend and advertising campaigns.
- Brand Custodian: Handle PR and social media campaigns encompassing new program launches, existing program amplification and thought leadership
- Experience in collaborations, program management, media & communication, event management will be appreciated
- You are a polished yet scrappy, entrepreneurial self-starter who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively in a high energy, fast-paced company environment
- You have owned the P&L with a mix of brand push, and platform marketing oversight within an FMCG company with revenues exceeding $150 M
- You have experience leading and influencing across diverse groups, communicating goals, plans and strategy across all channels
